Bamboo Leaf tea

100g Organic Bamboo leaf tea.

 Bamboo Tea is highly rich in Silica and other nutrients which are beneficial for our daily well-being. It replenishes silica content and is a building block of collagen which helps in bone-tissue health, dental care, rejuvenates skin, nails and hair. It deeply detoxifies the body and builds up the immune system. 

 Directions to use - Add 1 cup of water to a saucepan. Add 1 tablespoon per cup (1.5 grams approx) of Bamboo tea. Let it boil for 1-2 mins. Strain the tea leaves. Serve hot, add lemon/honey if required.
